Return Authorization
If you experience any issues, have questions, or would like to return an item, please contact us promptly at orders@crownsandthorns.xyz. Be sure to include your Order Number in your message.
Return Period
You may request a return within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered.
- It must be returned in its original packaging.
Damages and Issues
We take care to ensure that all products are delivered in excellent condition and free from defects.
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you find that an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Email us within 7 calendar days at orders@crownsandthorns.xyz, including your order number and a photo showing the item’s condition.
Each case is reviewed individually, and we will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
Return Process

- Provide your Order Number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Follow the guidance provided by our customer support team.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Covering the cost of returning goods.
- Ensuring that returned items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
Refunds
After we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll inform you of the result. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method, less the courier fees.
