How do I take care of my tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts?
We want your tees, hoodies, and sweatshirts to stay looking great for as long as possible. Here are a few simple tips:
Wash inside out on a cold setting with similar colors.
Use a gentle detergent, bleach is bad.
Air dry is preferred, or tumble dry on low heat. Dry cleaning is not recommended
Keep away from high heat (it will shrink the fabric and damage the prints).
If ironing is needed, turn inside out and use a low heat setting but never iron directly on the prints.
With a little care, your apparel will stay fresh, comfy, and ready to wear again and again.

ORDERING
How soon will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the shipping method you select:
Standard Courier: 3–5 business days (plus 1 business day handling)
Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (plus 1 business day handling)
Do you offer free shipping?
Absolutely! orders of R750 and above qualify for FREE shipping!
Do you offer in-store or local collection?
No, we don’t currently offer in-store or local collection. Crowns & Thorns Apparel is an online only store, and all orders are delivered straight to your door for your convenience.
When will my order ship?
After placing your order, please allow 24–48 business hours for it to be processed and leave our warehouse, as all garments and accessories are carefully made once an order is received.
What if I need to change my order?
Order changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed, as your order may have already been processed or shipped. For urgent requests, please email us at orders@crownsandthorns.xyz with your order details, and we’ll do our best to respond promptly.
When can I expect out-of-stock items to return?
If an item is out of stock, please contact us. We’ll do our best to fulfill your order depending on materials and production schedules. Some items are limited edition and may not be restocked, but we’re happy to discuss your options.
Can I apply more than one coupon code to my order?
Unfortunately, multiple coupon codes cannot be combined on one order.
Can I place bulk or custom orders for church events?
Yes, we’d love to help! If you’re placing a bulk order for your church, youth group, or conference, just email us at orders@crownsandthorns.xyz, and we’ll make sure you get all the support you need.
SIZING
What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, you may exchange the item within 7 days of purchase, as long as it meets all the conditions outlined in our returns policy. For full details, please refer to the returns policy.
How can I be sure of the right size?
Each product page includes a size guide to help you select the perfect fit. Our Christian apparel is designed with comfort in mind, so please use the size chart and choose the size that suits your preferred fit.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Sorry about that! Reach out to us at orders@crownsandthorns.xyz within 7 days, and we’ll fix the issue.
Can I return or exchange my apparel if it doesn’t fit?

PAYMENT
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments through Yoco, including Visa, MasterCard, and Instant EFT for South African bank accounts (ABSA, FNB, Nedbank, Standard Bank). Orders are processed within 5 business days before being shipped.
CUSTOM APPAREL
Do you offer custom or personalized prints?
At the moment, we don’t offer custom or personalized orders. All our products are carefully designed to share Christian values and messages. While we love creative ideas, our focus is on keeping our ready-made collection consistent and high quality.

What is your coupon policy?
We love sharing special offers with our community! Please note:
Only one coupon or discount code can be used per order.
Coupons can’t be combined with other promotions or sale items.
Codes must be entered at checkout — we’re unable to apply them afterward.
